About the event
Our guiding idea: each of us is on a distinct personal path and the only point is to tap into our own creative wellspring. Each day of the retreat features a two and a half hour main class in fiction, nonfiction, or poetry, as well as various optional workshops and activities, all at Camp Mokulēʻia.
Tickets
Enrollee: Private Lodge Room
The retreat opens after lunch on Monday, April 24 with a workshop followed by a special leimaking session. Workshops in fiction, nonfiction, and poetry run from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, with the same instructor and colleagues all week. Each afternoon features an additional session or an offsite excursion, as well as time to write. evenings alternate between readings, performances, writing time, and casual hanging out. Saturday, April 29 features three special workshops.

Saturday, April 29 features three special workshops and includes lunch. Workshops include "Sin & Syntax," "Composition Seen and Read," and one generative writing workshop. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
